1. INTRODUCTION
Martiy is an online marketplace. These terms apply to all users including buyers, sellers, and visitors. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use means acceptance of changes.
2. ACCOUNT & USER RESPONSIBILITY
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
- Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
3. PLATFORM ROLE
Martiy acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions and do not control product quality, pricing, or seller behavior. Contracts are directly between buyer and seller.
4. ELIGIBILITY & LICENSE
- You must be at least 18 years old or use the platform under supervision.
- You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
- Commercial or unauthorized use is prohibited.
5. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt services
- Violate laws of Pakistan or third-party rights
6. CONTENT & SUBMISSIONS
Any content submitted (reviews, comments, etc.) may be used by Martiy. You must not submit false or misleading information.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform content, trademarks, and software are owned by Martiy or its licensors and protected under applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may integrate third-party services (payments, logistics, etc.). Their terms and policies apply separately.
9. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE
We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous or error-free access. Services may be suspended for maintenance or updates.
10. DISCLAIMER
Martiy does not guarantee product quality, accuracy, or reliability. All transactions are at your own risk. We are not liable for seller actions or product issues.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
12. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify Martiy against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.
13. ORDERS & CONTRACT
- Orders are offers to purchase products from sellers.
- Order confirmation occurs upon dispatch.
- Sellers may cancel orders before dispatch.
- Martiy is not responsible for seller decisions.
14. PRICING & PAYMENTS
- Prices are set by sellers and may change.
- Errors in pricing may result in order cancellation.
- Payments are processed via third-party providers.
15. DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Returns are subject to the returns policy.
16. FRAUD & SECURITY
We may verify user information and cancel orders suspected of fraud.
17. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
- Multiple account abuse
- Fake transactions or reviews
- Offline transactions outside the platform
- Misuse of vouchers or promotions
18. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations. Upon termination, access rights cease immediately.
19. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Jurisdiction lies in Bahawalnagar courts.
